At Barefoot Junkie, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Ensure your footwear is in its original packaging and condition to qualify for a full refund or a different size.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn footwear back into its original branded box and secure it inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
